Last updated: May 14, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using TwitFlow ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

2. What TwitFlow does

TwitFlow is a web-based tool that uses AI to generate tweet draft suggestions based on topics you provide. Generated drafts are stored locally in your browser and are never uploaded to our servers.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use TwitFlow to generate content that:

  • Is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or threatening
  • Infringes any intellectual property rights
  • Spreads misinformation or deliberate falsehoods
  • Violates X (Twitter) platform rules
  • Is intended for spam or coordinated inauthentic behaviour

4. AI-generated content

Drafts are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to publish any content generated by TwitFlow. TwitFlow makes no warranties about the accuracy or fitness of generated drafts.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the topics you input and the final content you choose to publish. TwitFlow claims no rights over your inputs or outputs. The TwitFlow brand, logo, and source code are the property of TwitFlow and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Service availability

TwitFlow is provided "as is" without any guarantee of uptime or availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwitFlow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reputational damage from published AI-generated content.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
