Support and product feedback
If you have trouble using TwitFlow, notice incorrect behavior, want to request a feature, or have suggestions about the writing experience, email us and include as much detail as you can. Screenshots, the page URL, and a short description of what you expected versus what happened are the fastest way to help us reproduce an issue.
Typical response time. We answer most support emails within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, Singapore time, UTC+8). Complex bug reports, license issues, and partnership inquiries may take up to 5 business days. We do not have a 24/7 support line; email is the only support channel.
What to include in a bug report. Sending the following details up front usually gets your issue resolved on the first reply:
- The page URL where the bug happened (for example, /tweet-generator or the full https://www.twitflow.app/...).
- The browser and version (Chrome 127, Safari 18, Firefox 130, etc.) and your operating system.
- The mode you used (Write / Thread / Quote / Reply) and the topic you typed (a paraphrase is fine; do not paste confidential content).
- What you expected to see versus what actually rendered. A screenshot is very helpful.
- Console output if you can open DevTools: F12 -> Console.
Editorial corrections and partnerships
If you find outdated information in one of our guides, want to suggest a correction, or want to discuss a partnership related to creator tools, AI writing workflows, or audience-growth resources, get in touch. We review corrections and partnership requests manually.
For factual corrections, please cite the public source (research paper, official platform documentation, public dataset) so we can verify and update the page quickly. We add a "Reviewed on" note at the top of every corrected page within five business days of confirming the change.
Email and social channels
Primary contact (all inquiries): hello@twitflow.app
We route every email by hand. There is no contact form, ticket system, or chatbot; a clear email to hello@twitflow.app reaches the founders directly. Mention the topic in your subject line (for example, "Bug: queue reorder" or "Partnership: AI writing tools") so it reaches the right person.
For license activation issues: include the purchase email used during checkout and the License Key from your Creem receipt so we can identify the order more quickly. License keys are case-sensitive.
For content feedback: include the page URL and the section you want us to review. For partnership inquiries, include a short description of your company, the audience you serve, and what kind of collaboration you have in mind. Generic mass pitches are filtered out.
Other channels. TwitFlow does not run a Discord, Slack, or Telegram community at this time. For product updates and announcements, check our website pages and changelog notes. For anything that needs an answer, please use email.
